"Serenity" Blend: If you are experiencing anxiety & heart flutters this is a great way to calm your nervous system. This is a sweet-smelling 7-oil blend. Top floral notes include Neroli (orange blossom flower) and citrus; Chamomile middle notes harmonize with soothing base notes of Sandalwood and Frankincense. Apricot Kernal carrier oil.
APPLICATION: Roll on pulse points (inside of wrists, behind the ears, neck, temples, etc.) and over the heart chakra. Use as needed. You can re-apply every few hours.
